After several years of restoration, the famous Patio de los Leones in the Alhambra, one of the most photographed images by tourists Nazari of the monument, will reopen to the public again this summer.
In addition to a careful restoration of the 12 lions, visitors can admire the historical image (with white marble Macael) as conceived in the fourteenth century Sultan Muhammad V.
Initially it was said that reopening the Patio of the Lions would take place at the beginning of 2012, but eventually it will this summer when we can enjoy again this spot of the Alhambra.
