Map of the monument area

On the façade of the Entrance Pavilion there is a map with the itinerary of the visit, and close to it, three bronze models which analyze the Alhambra.

In the Entrance Pavilion (next to the ticket office) and Palace of Charles V. Available in Spanish, Gallego, Catalán, Euskera, English, French, Italian, German, Dutch and Portuguese.

 

Sign Language Guide

In the Entrance Pavilion (next to the ticket office). Available in Spanish and English. Free.

Tour for people with disabilities

There is a modified itinerary in the Nasrid Palaces and Generalife and in zones in which it is possible. Wheelchairs are provided for the tours.

 

Parking

Open with 24 hour surveillance.

 

Restrooms

During your visit keep in mind that due to the characteristics of the Monument, you will only find restrooms in the following places:

  • Entrance pavilion (adapted for the disabled).
  • Pavilion of Services, next to the Gate of Wine (Puerta del Vino). Adapted for the disabled.
  • Low gardens of the Generalife.
  • Sultana’s Court (Patio de la Sultana) in the Generalife.

Cloakroom

Backpacks, large bags and baby strollers should be left in the cloakroom in the Access Pavilion (Ticket office) or in the Pavilion of Services, next to the Gate of Wine (Puerta del Vino).

In addition to these official left-luggage offices, other left-luggage services are available in the centre of Granada and next to the Alhambra.

 

First Aid

Attended by the health personnel of the Spanish Red Cross. Pavilion of Services, next to the Gate of Wine (Puerta del Vino).

Lost property

Information available in any of the entrance gates.

 

Baby carriers

Remember that you may not access the monument with a baby stroller. The Alhambra offers a free service for safekeeping of strollers and the loan of porta-baby backpacks (maximum 12 kilograms). You may request one at the cloakroom at the Gate of Wine (Puerta del Vino).
